BLOOM Gin is recommended to be served with strawberries as it enhances the floral flavour profile.

50ml BLOOM Premium London Dry Gin
200ml Fentimans Tonic Water
2 strawberries

BLOOM Gin
French 75

25ml BLOOM London Dry Gin
25ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
10ml Sugar syrup
Good quality Prosecco or Champagne

Method:
Shake the first three ingredients with ice
and strain into a chilled champagne flute.
Top with bubbles and garnish with pretty edible flowers.

10ml pear juice
Topped up with chilled Prosecco

Shake pear juice and BLOOM London Dry Gin
with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass.
